Suffering from burnout, I left academia - to recover and also to pursue my dream of moving to New Zealand with the intent of eventually building a Bed & Breakfast retreat. Things did not go the way I had planned, and I took pause to re-evaluate what truly mattered. Coaching helped me stay centered to my core values & faith, know what to let go of, and find the courage to balance all things important to me.
I have always felt drawn to hear people out, to listen to their words and what's between the lines of what they are saying. I am fascinated with what makes us different yet similar, and it makes me feel alive to discover new things about what it is to be human. I love to help people listen to themselves and to support those experiencing interpersonal conflict find common ground and a way forward.
I am a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and am both a trained mediator and CINERGY conflict management coach. I want to journey with young working professionals to discover what truly matters as they navigate important transitions and decisions in pursuit of a purposeful, fulfilled life. I also strongly believe that interpersonal conflicts should not be left unattended but productively dealt with, and hope to do my part in making the world a more peaceful place.
I still hold my dream close to heart - someday, someplace I still hope to build a retreat where people experiencing valleys or crossroads in their life can find energy and direction for their journeys. But for now, I want to explore the world, to learn from people of different cultures, to be a better version of myself, to live a fiercely courageous life, and to make a positive difference where I can.

A "Pay What You Can" Service Model - How Does It Work?
"Pay What You Can" allows you, the client, to pay at a rate you are capable to pay. Prior to our first session, you will receive an invoice pegged at the base rate of $50 per hour. If you can afford to and want to pay more, just write back with the hourly-rate that you would like to be billed and I will revert with an amended invoice - otherwise, just proceed with the payment according to the original invoice - no questions asked.
For clients who can afford to pay but are unsure of what amount to contribute, my published rate is between $120 - $150 per hour.
Coaching momentum builds up over time. You would sign on to coach for a minimum of 6 sessions to work on a project or a series of goals. Our initial session would be a 2-hour Discovery Session over Zoom to set a solid foundation for all future coaching. After that our coaching takes place via Zoom for 60-minute focused sessions. You choose the frequency of session depending on your needs.
